Our Story Building a Legacy

At Treadstone Group, we pride ourselves on a rich legacy of innovation, excellence, and diversification. Our journey began in 1989 when Mr. Wadhwa founded Grand International, a visionary export firm that would later become a trailblazing force in the equestrian industry. With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have steadily grown and evolved over the years, achieving numerous milestones along the way.

In 1991, we made history by becoming the first Indian company to import English leather from the UK for equestrian strap goods, setting a new standard for excellence in the industry. Our reputation for quality and reliability continued to grow, and by 1995, we had gained recognition for our saddlery products export from Kanpur, a hub for equestrian manufacturing.

Our dedication to excellence was further recognized in 1997 when we received the prestigious President's Award for the largest export of saddlery products. This achievement marked a significant milestone in our journey, solidifying our position as a leader in the equestrian industry.

In 1996, we expanded our product line to include lifestyle equestrian products through Treadstone Limited, catering to the growing demands of the global equestrian market. This strategic move enabled us to diversify our offerings and strengthen our presence in the industry.

Our commitment to innovation and quality led us to set up our own tannery in Unnao in 2002, enabling us to control the quality of our raw materials and ensure the highest standards of production.

In 2006, we diversified into the Real Estate sector, with a focus on:

Buying properties in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Kanpur through government auctions
Completing our first Real Estate project ahead of schedule in 2009, delivering over 50 shops to buyers
Building affordable houses using sustainable techniques through the PMAY Scheme in 2020

Today, Treadstone Group has shifted its focus exclusively to Real Estate development, leveraging our expertise in project management and quality control to deliver sustainable and affordable housing solutions. Meanwhile, Grand International continues to thrive as a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-quality equestrian products, upholding our legacy of excellence in the industry.
